Mom and Dad were a little bit pissed that we came back home so late. Come on, it was only two hours past curfew! …which I guess is kind of bad, now that I put it in writing. Oh well, they were all ready to put the blame on Sierra, but I said that it was all my idea and that we were equally to blame for getting home so late. Not sure they believed me, but in the end they seemed to think that it was nice that I actually got out of the house. Pssh. Should’ve let Sierra take the hit…
”Tate!! You have a visitor!!!” came Noelle’s shriek from downstairs, suddenly.
Tate: ”Who-oh. Uh. Hi…”
Matilda: ”I hope it’s okay that I stopped by… You told me you lived in a big house, and… well, there aren’t that many houses around Newcrest to begin with, so it wasn’t that hard to find. Urgh, I’m not a stalker or anything, I…”
Tate: ”I’m glad you stopped by.”
Matilda: ”Really? You are? I mean… good! Hi.” 🙂
Tate: ”Hi.” 🙂
He invited her in for a game of chess, and she beat him brutally. Tate learned that she was a genius.
Tate: ”I… totally let you win!”
Matilda: ”Mm, sure you did.”
Sierra: ”So Dad, if Tate can date, then I don’t see why I shouldn’t be allowed to!”
Tate: ”Whaaa? I’mnotdating!” *kicks Sierra under the table*
Sierra: ”Okay, awesome!”
Sierra: ”So, uhm… This is kinda lame, right?”
Clearly, they’re not doing it right. Tate seems to have the stronger Ivey genes, and he even brought a snack for their cloud-gazing.
Then Summer promptly ruined the moment(s) by setting her little shack on fire.
Luckily this hasbeen freelance botanist is fireproof (supposedly) and managed to put the fire out again.
Tate: ”Soooo… Where were we?”
Greenwood was apparently scared off.
Iris came home from work to find the two lovebirds still gazing away.
So adorable! ♡
It was time for Tate to become a young adult!
He grew up as a bookworm, so now he’s a neat loner who loves books and wants to become a bestselling author (and obviously our best hope for our next generation!)
Since we had the cake and the guests all ready to go, Matilda also took the spin into young adulthood.
Still as adorable, and they finally took the leap and went for a first kiss.
Matilda then went straight for the computer and The Sims. I like this girl!
So does Tate, obviously. He took it straight to his diary, but was very clear that we couldn’t read it. Such a baby!
Darryl’s turn to grow old and wrinkly…
Summer: ”Haha, welcome to the club. Old fart!”
Shortly thereafter it was Noelle’s turn.
With young adulthood comes young adult responsibilities, and Noelle moves into one of the starter homes.
First order of business: cry in the closet.
Noelle: ”Well, that’s….. that.”
Noelle: ”This is great!!”
Insane sims… ♡
