On her way to her first day at work, London met Trenton at a nearby bar.
Trenton: ”Are you nervous?”
London: ”N-nervous? Oh no. I’m terrified!”
Trenton: ”Come on, you’ll do great! If all else fails, just imagine the audience in their underwear.”
London: ”Dude, that’ll just make it way worse! Bunch of naked people watching me tell jokes? No, thanks!”
London stabbed her fries into the ketchup absentmindedly. She should probably fuel up, but her intestines were running a Grand Prix in her stomach, no way she could get any food down.
Trenton: ”Seriously, though, you’ll do great. I know it!”
London: ”Thanks. I think. Still not convinced…”
Trenton: ”How about this for convincing you?”
Phew. What a day! At least she made it through, and it went… okay? Possibly. Maybe.
Nelson’s birthday. Hey there, oldie!
The next few days, things were going better and better. London even came home with a promotion, and her confidence was beginning to rise.
Nelson may be old now, but he’s still the scrawny king of the slide!
Trenton’s stopping by for another visit. London had been busy writing routines and working hard, but finally had a day off to see him face to face. They’d still text, chat and share the odd phone call, but nothing beat that giddy feeling of seeing him for real.
Trenton: ”Well, Red… If I didn’t know better I’d say you were trying to seduce me…”
London: ”You’ve got a problem with that?”
Trenton: ”None whatsoever.”
London was feeling weak in her knees. Being so close to him, feeling his body brush up against hers in the hot tub…
She wasn’t sure if it was the jet streams giving her some extra courage, but…
Trenton: ”Wow… Uhm…. Wow! Was that… alright?”
London: ”More than alright… Trenton, I love you.”
Trenton: ”Red… I’ve loved you from the moment I first saw you!”
Dane’s growing up…
He grew up with the ‘loves outdoors’ trait. Okay…
Uncle Kason showed up for the party.
Nelson: ”Wow, you’re old.”
Kason: ”Dude. We’re twins.”
Nelson: ”You’re only as old as you feel! I feel thiiiiis young.”
Kason: ”Mmhmm, good for you…”
The two brothers enjoyed a long talk over cake.
Before leaving, Kason had to have a go at the slide. It must be a family trait!
Itzel: ”Can you believe we’re this old? Two grown kids…”
Nelson: ”You don’t look a day older than the day we first met!”
London’s working hard on writing new jokes. In a minute… First she’s just got to play a little bit of Sims!
Here we go!
Dane: ”Hey, mom?”
Itzel: ”What is it, sweetie?”
Dane: ”When’s the baby due??”
Itzel: ”That’s not a nice thing to say…”
Dane: *evil laughter*
More birthdays! Sheldon’s here to celebrate Itzel.
So’s Trenton! ^^
Bow chica wow wow
…meanwhile, here’s the rest of the party… Good times.
London: *giggles incoherently*
It’s not like these two are any better… Jeez…
Okay, here we go! Partay!
Happy birthday, Itzel! Such a cutie!
